Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The board of Response Plus Holding has approved to initiate the acquisition process for 100% shares of Health Tech Training Centre in exchange for up to AED 9.8 million.

The company's chairman has refrained from voting on this step for disclosing ownership interest of 49% shares in Health Tech Training Centre, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

During its meeting, the board has also agreed on the company's three-year business plan and expansion strategy in Indian markets.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months of 2021, the company reported net profits of AED 40.1 million, compared to net losses of AED 3.94 million in the year-ago period.
